SAFETY TRAINING
The primary responsibility of the employer is to protect the health and life of employees by ensuring safe and hygienic working conditions. The employer is also obliged to organize occupational health and safety training – it is the employer who has an obligation to provide information in this regard. The frequency and form of training depends on the type of position held by the employee.
INITIAL OHS TRAINING
Initial training is carried out before being allowed to perform work in a specific position. It includes general and job training.
In accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Economy and Labor of 27 July 2004 on training in the field of occupational health and safety. (Journal of Laws No. 180, item 1860, as amended)

TRAINING OBJECTIVE
- Familiarization with the basic health and safety regulations contained in the labor code, collective labor agreements or work regulations.
- Familiarizing yourself with the regulations and health and safety rules in force in a given plant.
- Familiarization with the principles of providing first aid in the event of an accident.

General instruction, prior to admission to work, concerns:
- newly hired employees,
- students doing internships,
- apprentices undergoing apprenticeship.

PERIODIC OHS TRAINING
Periodic training is to update and consolidate knowledge and skills related to health and safety, as well as to familiarize with new technical and organizational solutions in this field.

PERIODIC TRAINING
Periodic training is conducted in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Economy and Labor of 27 July 2004 on training in the field of occupational safety and health (Journal of Laws No. 180, item 1860, as amended)
We would like to remind you that employees should undergo the first periodic training up to 12 months from commencement of work, and in the case of persons managing employees, up to 6 months from commencing work in such a position.
