Art. 207 § 1 of the Labor Code indicates the obligation to appoint employees to carry out activities in the field of fire fighting and evacuation of employees.
The aim of the training is the theoretical and practical preparation of the person designated by the employer for fire fighting activities in the workplace, taking into account the specificity of the facility and the existing Fire Safety Instructions of the building.
