FIRE PROTECTION
In accordance with the Act of August 24, 1991 on fire protection, fire protection is: preventing the occurrence and spread of fire, natural disaster and other local threats, ensuring adequate forces and means to combat them, conducting rescue operations.

Training of employees designated for fire protection
Art. 207 § 1 of the Labor Code indicates the obligation to appoint employees to carry out activities in the field of fire fighting and evacuation of employees.
The aim of the training is the theoretical and practical preparation of the person designated by the employer for fire fighting activities in the workplace, taking into account the specificity of the facility and the existing Fire Safety Instructions of the building.
Training benefits:

- acquiring practical skills necessary to organize evacuation activities and the use of handheld firefighting equipment
Organization of a trial evacuation
Regulation of the Minister of Interior and Administration of June 7, 2010 on fire protection of buildings, other construction facilities and areas
The implementation of a trial evacuation consists of the following stages:
- conducting an on-site inspection of the planned evacuation trial facility
- developing an exercise scenario
- preparation of an appropriate notification to the territorially competent Municipal / District Commander of the State Fire Service about the planned evacuation in the facility
- submission of the above-mentioned the Principal's documentation for sending to the state fire brigade
- supervision over the evacuation process
- preparation of a report on the conducted evacuation exercises
Training for people working in the explosion hazard zone
The training is intended for people working in the area of explosion hazard caused by the emission of gases and / or dust. The aim of the training is to familiarize students with the applicable regulations and rules of work in the explosion hazard zone.
The training includes:
- presenting the employer's security obligations
- discussion of the most common causes of outbreaks
- procedure after the occurrence of a threat
Training in the practical use of fire extinguishers
Since every minute counts in the event of a fire, it is important that each employee be able to use the available fire extinguishers quickly and precisely. For this purpose, we offer training with the practical use of fire extinguishers.
The training includes:
- review of types of extinguishers and methods of their activation
- presentation of the specifics and operating time of the equipment
- possibility of independent use of a fire extinguisher
- use of fire blankets
Development of fire safety instructions
The requirement to introduce the Fire Safety Instruction occurs in buildings or their parts constituting separate fire zones intended for public utility, collective residence, production, storage and livestock functions if:
- the gross volume of the building or its part constituting a separate fire zone exceeds 1000 m3,
- the gross volume of the livestock building exceeds 1500 m3,
- the fire zone area of an object other than a building exceeds 1000 m 2,
- each facility with an explosion hazard zone.
The scope of our service for the development of the Fire Safety Instruction includes the development of a document, as well as support in the field of its effective implementation.
Updated fire safety instructions
The Fire Safety Instructions should be periodically updated, at least every 2 years, as well as after such changes in the way the facility is used or the technological process that change the conditions of fire protection.
Explosion protection document
We prepare an explosion protection document, which includes a set of technical and construction, installation, organizational and formal solutions for a given facility.
How we prepare the document:
- we analyze facilities, installations, processes and workplaces where an explosion may occur
- we analyze the flammable substances used, their physical and chemical properties

- we describe the results of the explosion risk assessment
- we advise on organizational protective measures
Fire-fighting operation
Our team has the necessary qualifications and experience in the preparation of comprehensive fire documentation.
Pursuant to the update of the Waste Act (Journal of Laws of 2019, items 701, 730), the application for a permit for waste collection and the application for a permit for waste processing should be accompanied by, inter alia, fire protection survey, specifying the conditions of fire protection of the installation, facility or part thereof or other waste storage place.
A fire operator must have a contractor applying for each of these three permits:
- permit to collect waste
- waste processing permit
- permit to generate waste
Inspections of fire extinguishers and hydrants
In accordance with the applicable regulations, the Regulation of the Minister of Interior and Administration of June 7, 2010 on fire protection of buildings, other structures and areas (Journal of Laws of 2010, No. 109, item 719) inspection (legalization) of fire extinguishers should be performed at at least once a year.
To meet the legal requirements and want to ensure safety in your facilities, we offer comprehensive inspections:

- internal and external hydrants - measurement of pressure, water efficiency, pressure testing of hoses
Training in how to respond in the event of a chemical spill
The aim of our training is to present the risks associated with the use of chemicals. In this case, how to deal with the spilled chemical.
