§ 1 Definitions 

For the purposes of this privacy policy, the following terms are used as meanings

1. Administrator – Piotr Kędziora, running a business under the name H & amp; S Solutions.

3. User – any entity that uses the Website or services offered by H & amp; S Solutions

§ 2 Personal data processing

1. The User may provide his personal data to the Administrator using the forms available on the Website, such as the subscription form for the newsletter, or in person by phone, via social media or by e-mail.
2. The administrator of the User’s personal data is the Administrator.
3. The data provided to the Administrator are processed in order to send the User a newsletter and contact in connection with planning cooperation.
4. The administrator guarantees the confidentiality of all personal data provided to him.
5. Providing data is always voluntary, but necessary for the User to take the action for which the form is intended or to perform the services offered.
6. The administrator does not disclose the data provided to him to any third parties.
Personal data is collected with due diligence and properly protected against access by unauthorized persons.
The user has the following rights:

– the right to request access to your data, rectification, deletion or limitation of processing;
– the right to transfer data;
– the right to object to the processing;
– the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data for a specific purpose;
– the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in relation to the processing of personal data by the Administrator.
9. Personal data will be processed as long as the company Joanna Kozak H & amp; S Solutions exists.

§ 3 Cookies and other technologies

1. The administrator uses cookies (cookies), i.e. small text information, stored on the 2. User’s end device (eg computer, tablet, smartphone). Cookies can be read by the Administrator’s IT system.
The Administrator informs the User that it is possible to configure the web browser in such a way that it prevents the storage of cookies on the User’s end device. In such a situation, the use of the Website by the User may be difficult.
3. The Administrator stores cookies on the User’s end device and then gains access to information contained therein for statistical purposes, for marketing purposes (remarketing) and to ensure the proper operation of the Website.
4. The Administrator hereby indicates that cookies may be deleted by the User after they have been saved by the Administrator, through the appropriate functions of the web browser, programs for this purpose or by using the appropriate tools available under the operating system used by the User.
5. The Administrator informs the User that he uses the following technologies to track the actions taken by the User within the Website and to collect cookies:
-Google Analytics tracking code – to analyze Website statistics; The use of Google Analytics services involves the implementation of the tracking code provided by Google in the code of the Website (the so-called tracking code). – e-mail contact – the User, by contacting the Administrator via e-mail, provides the e-mail address as the sender’s address. The message may also contain other personal data. The legal basis for the processing of personal data in this situation is the User’s consent resulting from initiating contact with the Administrator. Personal data provided to the Administrator via e-mail are processed solely for the purpose of contact. The content of the correspondence may be archived. The correspondence is stored on the mailbox server.
– affiliation – advertisements of third parties may appear on the Website in the form of affiliate links, affiliate banners. For the proper operation of the affiliate program, cookies from the following companies may appear on the Website: Trade Tracker, Convertiser, Blog Guardian, Ceneo, MailerLite, Trade Doubler, Theme Forest, Webe Partners, Sales Media.

§ 4 Server logs

1. Using the Website involves sending queries to the server on which the Website is stored.
2. Each query addressed to the server is saved in the server logs. Logs include User’s IP address, server date and time, information about the web browser and operating system used by the User.
3. The data stored in the server logs are not associated with specific people using the Website and are not used by the Administrator to identify the User.
4. Logs are saved and stored on the server.
5. The server logs are only auxiliary material used to administer the Website, and their content is not disclosed to anyone except those authorized to administer the server.
