“The employer has a duty to provide health and safety training to all employees. The aim of the OHS training is to build awareness among employees, but also among management staff, about the risks in the workplace, which translates directly into improving working conditions, reducing the number of accidents at work and a general sense of work safety. Occupational health and safety training should be carried out in accordance with the deadlines set by the regulations, which will allow to achieve the set goals and avoid the employer’s responsibility for allowing employees to work without training required by law.
